We partner up with industry experts in teaching our Handgun I, II, and III as well as our Carbines I, II, and III. You will learn how to engage single and multiple targets. We focus on shoot/no-shoot targets and principles of engagement. CERTIFICATION: FIREARM SAFETY CERTIFICATE
A Maryland resident may not purchase, rent, or receive a handgun after October 1, 2013, unless they possess a valid Handgun Qualification License (HQL) issued by the Maryland State Police.
Maryland Handgun Qualification License course is a 4-hour class designed to provide the necessary training, so that as Maryland resident can buy and obtain a handgun. The class provides shooters an introduction to the fundamentals, knowledge, skills, and attitude needed to obtain the H.Q.L. license. This class is the first steps to obtaining your Maryland Wear & Carry Permit. Classes starts at 8 am and ends at 12 pm.

The entire course is taught on the range. We review principles, practice those principles, as instructors we demonstrate the principles expected of the students, then the students go out and shoot the drills
A physically demanding course, you will be shooting close to 1,200 rounds for the three-day event. You will be up shooting all day, each day.
This is an incredible opportunity to partner with other women in a trusting, open environment where even the instructors are all women. Every month we have a training day set aside for women only. We partner with women in the Mid-Atlantic region who are experts in their specialty.
